As part of our Service Excellence program, we have implemented a Client Feedback program which allows our Clients to recognize our Guardians who “go above and beyond” and demonstrate SGWI’s core values: work hard, be caring, stay passionate, make history and help our Clients enjoy the journey. Each month, our Chief Guardian reviews the Service Excellence award nominations and selects one of our Guardian nominees to be recognized company-wide. It’s a big deal!
