While most vendors will use an annual survey to solicit Client feedback, for SGWI, this is not good enough.
Service Excellence is our passion so we like hearing from our Clients. And we especially want to know how we can continually improve the quality of our services today – not just once a year.
Metrics are extremely helpful, but we really want to understand how you “feel” about our service.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting is an industry standard used to quantitatively measure service performance. However, objective metrics don’t always portray the true picture of how a Client feels about the service.
Our “Client Heartbeat” is a point-in-time view that gives you another forum to tell us how well we are providing our services – unfiltered, with a direct line to senior management.
We strive to obtain your feedback monthly. It’s the best way that we can keep a current pulse on the business so that we can ensure our Guardians (our employees) are providing you with the highest quality service delivery possible.
